Xuyi Langshan Cement Co., Ltd. is located at No. 12, Daqing Road, Guantan Town, Xuyi County, Jiangsu Province. It was established in 1989 and was originally named Local State-owned Jiangsu Xuyi County Cement Factory. It is adjacent to the Ningxuexi Expressway to the east and the beautiful Huai River to the west, with very convenient water and land transportation. In 2020, the company invested 80 million yuan to carry out a comprehensive technical transformation, which has formed an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of cement products with grades such as P.052.5, P.C42.5, and M32.5. Now it has become the only cement production enterprise in Xuyi County. The company has fixed assets of 103 million yuan, 50 employees, and 12 various engineering technicians. Before the technical transformation in 2020, it was a small-scale cement grinding station with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons. The production equipment included 1 HP120-45 hydraulic roller mill, 1 3.2*13M ball mill, and 1 BHYW8 mouth packaging machine. Due to not undergoing technical transformation for many years, the equipment was old and worn out, with low operating rate, incomplete inspection items, and the products were difficult to adapt to market changes. In 2020, the company reflected on its mistakes and decided to carry out a comprehensive technical upgrade and transformation of the production line and inspection equipment, which received strong support from the government and was listed as one of the key technical transformation projects in Xuyi County in 2020. After the comprehensive technical transformation, the company now has a PEG 180-120 roller press machine, a V-type static classifier, a dynamic rotary classifier, one 3.2*13M ball mill, two BHYW8 mouth packaging machines, a 100,000-ton clinker storage system, a 30,000-ton auxiliary material storage system, a 15,000-ton fly ash special round storage system, a clinker crushing system, a microcomputer central control system, a 180-ton per hour grinding system, a 20,000-ton finished cement round storage system, a packaging system, a quality control system, a high and low voltage power distribution system, a Huai River sea-going channel with two self-owned berths, and other complete loading and production equipment systems.

The “Langshan” brand cement was rated as “Provincial Famous Trademark” by Jiangsu Province in 2014 and “City Famous Product” by Huai’an City in 2023. The quality of the “Langshan” P.052.5, P.C42.5, and M32.5 grade cement products is excellent and has a good market reputation, widely used in high-grade highways, large-scale real estate construction, and sold well in cities such as Nanjing, Huai’an, Chuzhou, and Suqian.
